The 10 Commandments of My Dad

.Your dad is always right unless the same mistake is proven wrong for more than 50 times.

.Thou shall not eat animal skin, be it chicken, duck and no pork, or you will die of heart attack.

.Thou shall not eat cheese or drink milk, but chocolate and yoghurt are permitted, or you will die of cancer in 50 years time.

.Thou shall not spend more than $3 on your outside meals or you will be deemed as a spendthrift.

.Do not beat your brother for he is still young and his flesh too tender and it wounds easily.

.Forgive your brother who eats your sweet treats, steals your money, disrespects you and everyone in your family in every way, wrecks your possesions, acts cute in an irritating way, lies on your bed after a game of basketball in his sweaty clothes, and brings dishonour to the family, and you must not beat him, for he is still young and in the process of learning. Didn't God forgive you? You would have died a long time ago if he didn't.

.If your brother has sinned against you, ask him what kind of punishment he wants to receive so that when he thinks about the punishment he will feel guilty and repent, but if he does it in the future, its all in the learning process, he's still young and you must not be angry with him.

.Listen to Christian Songs. Pop songs are sung by the devil, they pull you further and further away from the church.

.Make friends with the brethren from church even if they are not so friendly, and don't mix in the crowd of non-church friends. Haven't you heard? Enter Pearl Person Clean, Enter Ink Person Black.

.Be a generous person, if your brother takes your possesions, just believe that you are sharing it with him, if he takes your money, its alright, because we are one family, and we're supposed to share whatever we have, your dad never got angry when he financed your studies, so you should also let your brother take your money without anger. God is even willing to send his son to die for you on the cross, what does sending a few chocolates into your brother's mouth mean to you? Share and forgive him, he's still young and in the process of learning.

Thank you dad for financing my studies and for bringing me to many distant countries. But sometimes what you say just doesn't apply to everyone dude.....as for the brother mentioned above, he's no longer my brother, and so the above 10 commandments don't apply to me anymore.
